I am on H1b visa in USA i have applied through (arkitservices.com) and my process was taken care by george@arkitservices, When my friend applied from heights IT but he went to their office location and they could’nt locate the office.

I would suggest you all not to go with them and yea, it would be better if you go with Ark IT Services.
