i am on a visit visa (b1b2) in usa. i have had f1 in the past and i plan to attend a second masters and planning to go to canada for f1 stamping. any one been through same situation ?

Hi,
I was on h4 visa and my cos approved in last year L(2020-august 25th). Because of COVID restriction I wasn’t able to travel my home country(India) for stamping. Now I have a emergency situation and I have to travel India but as consulate are not open, I am planning to do the stamping from Canada. It would be very helpful if you share your experience.
