In H1B CAP Registration, we registered by mistake for Masters instead of Bachelors. Consultant got picked unders Masters quota. His highest degree is Bachelors. Can we still file his H1. Please advise.

You should work with your immigration lawyer foe this type if issues. This may be treated as misrepresentation for gaining immigration benefits as US Masters degree have additional 20 thousand reserved h1b numbers.
