Wrong Visa Category Selected in Appointment Portal (DS-160 is Correct) – How to Fix?

I am applying for a USA L1 visa (L1 Blanket). My DS-160 is correct, but when filling the visa appointment application (ustraveldocs portal), I mistakenly selected the wrong visa category/class.

I have already canceled the appointment, but now I need to update the category correctly to L1 Blanket.

I would like to know:
• Has anyone faced this issue for an L1 visa?
• Can customer support reset or correct the category in the profile?
• If not, do I need to create a new profile with the right category?
• Do I need to request an MRV fee transfer, or should I just pay again? (I am okay with repaying the fee if required.)
• How long does it usually take for the system to reset after canceling?
