My LCA was filed on 8th May 2014 along with many others from my project. I am working with TCS.
Everyone got reply from the visa cell on 21st May 2014 with certitifed LCA except me. In my case some clerical mistake was made, and therefore they filed myu LCA again on 22nd April 2014.
Now its more then 2 weeks already, I havent heard anything on my LCA from visa cell. I have already sent email to them, and I am awaiting reply from there side.
I am quite worried now, and my question is …Is there ay chances of LCA rejection also, for all the members in my project the slary offered is similiar, and almost eveyrone of similar experience, so wage offered is not a problem here.
Is there any other parameter on which LCa can be denied ?? I am getting nightmare, if somebody can help me understand the reason behind delay Plzzz
