Working with same client after transferring H1b to new employer?

Hi,

Due to some problems with employer, I transferred my H1B to new employer. I got the approval also. I want to continue my work with the same client. Can I work with same client after changing the H1B to new employer?

Is there any possibility that my previous employer create problem in future?

Please advise me.
