We are on L1B with an Indian IT company and got our H1B approved this yr effective from 1st October,2013.But,the consultant is yet to find a job for us.So,until then can we still work with the same company on L1B?Are there any legal issues for this? L1B will expire in Dec 2013 and we have I-94 till Aug 2015.
