I am currently working with Indian MNC as US recruiter asper US Timings( Night Shift) Though, I have the option to work from remote locations.
I will be moving to New Jersey very soon in January 2013 so, I will be working as per US timings but interaction will be there at US people for recrutiement purpose. Hope this wouldn’t be any issue as, I have no H1b visa but working for Indian MNC not United States. Even, contact details will be changed so, it creating confusion whether it be fine or not.
Please advise .
