Hi, currently I am in us on H1B and my wife is in india working with IBM. She has this option of working from home as long as she wants, now my question is can she come here to us on h4 and keep working from here.
Yes, as she is getting paid in India it does not matter at all. Under H4 she should not work for a US company or get paid in USA.
