I work for a consultancy and have been authorized workplace at X since August 2016. Over the course of the past few months (October and November 2017), I have traveled to Y and Z without ever filing for LCA or H1B amendment (I didn’t know at the time that this was a requirement).
What happens if I flag to my employer that I worked at locations that were not in my H1B authorized worksites? Will the employer file a delayed LCA? Subsequently, will my H1B status be revoked due to negligence?
