Search for H1B visa and its eligibility on internet.

and dont put put your email id’s on public forums…You will just attract spam and no body will help you.

If I may be a little blunt:

  • you need to improve your English a bit

  • you need to know not to shout on interent (ALL CAPS is shouting)

  • you need to learn not to share email address on internet (spam, phishing etc)

Now coming to your original question - you need to find an employer who is willing to hire you for the specialized knowledge you have. There are articles written in main blog that outline the process.
