Work in USA for few months every year

Hi Guys,

I came back to India during Aug 2013 and since then I am currently working from home for a US company. This is the same company I used to full time in the USA. Currently we are in the discussion on whether to open a branch in India or for me to travel for a couple months. Is there a way for me to work in US for a couple months every year?

You can’t technically ‘work’ when you come here, but you can easily visit for meetings and such on a B1.
