My F1 visa expired and I applied for H4-COS and H4-EAD in April. But I didn’t even receive biometrics appointment till now. Given that it’s taking really long to process cases now, is there any way I can work staying in the USA?
I’m wondering if my company puts me on internal transfer to India[same company with India pay], will I able to work from here[US] till my H4 is accepted by USCIS.
