Withdraw of B2 petition and its impact

Hi Saurabh,

Currently, I am on L2 EAD and due to some reasons applied for COS to B2. However, B2 petion is still in pending status and need to withdraw the petition. H1B petition in “Initial Review”. If I withdraw the B2 petion, would there be an negative impact for future petitions or H1B petition?

Pls advise.

You can withdraw the B-2 and its withdrawl will not have any impact on your H-1 processing.

Is your I-94 still valid?
