Will the LCA applications be affected if the DHS is not funded due to the recent congress logjam? H1b visa process is fee funded so should not be affected if DHS is not funded? But should get our LCA applications approved before Feb27th?
Not sure about your observations of this Funding and LCA related to H1 etc… but a pre-approved LCA (from local Labor office) must be attached to a H1 petition. Having said that DHS has nothing to do with LCA. LCA is connected to local Labor market.
