With L2 visa m I eligible for instate tution fee?

Hi,

Our visa processing is going on, my husband got a transfer to Texas so he gets L1 and I will be getting L2.

With L2 can I work over there?

M also planning to M.S and applying for fall 2014.Will I be eligible for instate tution fee in Texas?

If not immediately after how many months, I shall be eligible for instate tution fee?

Yes, you can work on L2 after you get your EAD Card.
