I wish we will have the transparency between, employee, employer, and USCIS in the future while dealing with H1b. Will the new online system helps us to find out what is going on from starch to till we send our replies to USCIS?
I wish if that is the case, we all (employee/employer/USCIS) will be on the same page when dealing with these types of waitlist blah blah…
What new system online system ? The online system has been there for sometime, where you can check status and see current status. Having said that, the online system is not always the most updated one, sometimes there are gaps…The thing that you can trust is always the physical copies sent to your attorney or employer. So, always work with attorney or your employer.
