USCIS has said that the limit has been reached… Does that mean that they stopped exactly at 85,000??? And that there will be no lottery?? Any information on the total applications received???
There will be a lottery or some process to filter the applications.
65000 for general quota and 20000 for master quota in US. The moment these numbers are crossed its a lottery
