Will there be a H1B lottery this year as last year the quota got over in 2 months. I tried looking at various web sites, but I could not find any answer, so I thought I would ask here. Thanks
It cannot be predicted. If the USCIS receives more petitions than the entire 2013-14 quota on April 1st, it can choose the lottery way.
