I have accepted the offer from a new Employer. They applied H1b Transfer for me and they shared the receipt number with me.
It is taking long time to process and they told me they are applying for Premium almost 2 months before.
I doubt that they haven’t upgraded to premium. My question is when we upgrade from regular to premium, do we get any new receipt number or the same receipt number will be used.
Can we see any acknowledgement in USCIS about Premium processing when we see the history of the case in USCIS.
