If I get 221g from a consulate and not stamped for a year, will it be a problem if I extend my H1B petition after a year with new client and company. First time they requested for client letter and second time they told that they need time to approve. So will it cause any problem in future

All decisions are purely based on your current employer’s petition and case. Not on previous petitions that are still having an RFE. Request for evidence in regards to Client letter is for your employer not you.
