Hi,
I am applying for H4 to H1. It was filed on April 1’st of 2013. My H4 is already past the date which is July 15’th,2013, but I have an extention till Sept15th, 2014 on my H4.
Now I have received RFE for my H1b and it is due Nov, 2013. Can I travel to India in this situation ? Will I have any problem while returning back or while I go for stampping ?
