will H4 stamping now affect my valid h1b Petition.

Hi team,

I have a valid H1B petition from my employer. If I stamp my H4 with my husband company. Will it affect my existing H1B approved [b]petition [/b]with my employer, or will it be still valid to stamp it incase i change my mind.

It will not impact your H-1 petition. In future you can go for H-1 visa stamping or apply for COS from H-4 to H-1 (if you land in US on H-4).
