Will h1b carry to other company

Hi team,

I got selected in h1b lottery this year in company xyz (But yet to go for stamping) . And if i shift to another company , will i be able to transfer my h1b to that company and will i be able to travel to US from that company with out any issues?

I went through the frequent FAQ’s given in site. But in those cases stamping was done already. here i am yet to go for that.

Even when stamping is not done, H-1 transfer can be done and you can then appear for stamping through new employer.
