Will family based GC pose any problem when I go to my home country to get H1B stamping on my passport

  1. I am on H1B Visa beyond 6 yrs.

  2. My Previous employer had filed my GC (I-140 approved). Left the company.

  3. With Fortune 150 company from last 1 yr. GC Process has not yet started.

  4. My I130 Filed by my father and also by my sisters.

I have to visit India for H1B Visa Stamping beyond 6 yrs. What is my possibilities of H1B Visa Restamped.
