Will DS 2019 SEVIS id change if the university updates a new start date of an approved program?

I got my DS 2019 closer to the date of the start of my POST-DOC program is USA. If the university accepts my request and changes the date forward due to unavailabilty of interview dates, can i appear with the new DS 2019 without re-submitting a fresh DS-160? will the SEVIS number change in the DS 2019 already issued or the form just gets updated with a new date?

You must submit bew DS-160 with updated start date.

Sevis no. will never change even if you change the school or get enrolled in another higher degree/course. The new DS-2019 will only have the start and end dates updated.
