Who gets appointment for H1B after cancellation ? Regular Operations?

Hi,

I assume that the USA consulate in India will allow applicant to schedule an appointment in the month of Jan or Feb. If so, will previously cancelled appointment get priority or first come first serve?

Well, we do not know how it will work.
They said that they will inform, once the regular operations would open up and then give guidance.
