Situation: I am currently on H1B and applied for H1 Transfer to a different employer and got an RFE, and RFE is yer to be answered, Previously I am on H4 EAD before moving to H1B, so can I apply for H4 EAD while my H1 RFE is pending?
Current status: H4 EAD --> H1 --> H1 (transfer) RFE
Can I apply for H4 EAD while my H1 transfer is in progress please advice. Any one in the same situation ?
