Which VISA catagory can help me to get the work permit at the earliest?

My L1B Blanket and Individual both have been denied and before we would have filed for the H1B, the cap for H1B is full. Please suggest -

  1. If there is any other catagory for me to get work permit asap?

  2. When would I be able to reapply fir L1?

  3. Will there be any affect of my previous L1 Denial?

  1. You will have to find an employer who is eligible to file cap-exempt H1B petitions. I am not sure on any other options that would help you to get work permit asap.

    1. As far as I know, there is no time gap set for reapplying a VISA after denial.

    2. It depends on what grounds they rejected L1. Usually, if an applicant has new information which was not presented to the interviewing officer at the time of the first application, or if the applicants overall circumstances have changed significantly since the last application, a visa may be approved.
