which university for cpa

I am new to usa,

  1. Could I know which university is good for completing cpa in terms of shortest duration and please mention if it is online program or not.
  2. Also will cpa done from 1 state work to find a job in other state also, in case my husband finds job in other state?
  3. Can H1B be filled on basis of cpa?
