Which program for BTech in ECE, 5 years IT industry experience

Hi,

I have done B. tech in ECE and have 5 years of experience in IT industry.

I am confused in selecting a program as the experience I have is not specifically for my core subjects of B Tech, though I have a good hold for IT. I am more inclined towards something in computers rather than ECE.

Please guide me. I am looking for a program which can help me finding a good job in US.
