Whether BCOM+ CA with 2.5 years experience eligible for H1b?

Hi,

I am a Chartered Accountant from India and have a Bachelors degree of 3 years in Commerce. ALso have a work experience of 2.5 years. Am I eligible for H1b. Will CA from India be considered for this?
