whether all H1B reciepts of a particular employer is sent at a time

My query is

whether all H1B reciepts for a particular employer is recieved at once. for example if an employer 15 petitions are selected in lottery, is all 15 H1B reciepts are sent at once.

Definitely NOT.

I work for an MNC and I know for sure that the response for Visa applications from USCIS is not company specific. It’s Random just like the “lottery”.
