When my starts will change to approved from RFE ?

My H1B case status is showing “Response To USCIS’ Request For Evidence Was Received” from last 3 month. What is the last date for approve or reject ?

There is no official last date to approve or deny.

Thanks Saurabh for update, do you have any idea usually when people get approval by any specific month or after a specific duration ? even its ok u can share with your exp.(Non - official date)

If I remember correctly, there is lot of movement in Sep (before Oct 1), then towards end of calendar year and finally in March (before start of next filing season). But this is just a guesstimate.
