  1. when is check encashed for a lucky petition that is picked in lottery? on the day of mailing the receipt? are checks encashed even to this date?

  2. This is second attempt with second consultant and I get no response till now similar was the case with first one… I am forced to believe that he didn’t even apply?

  3. What kind of reply do employers get with unselected petitions? Will it have VRN number? Is VRN number even valid? Last time I received a letter with VRN number on it and it was stated in the letter that petition didn’t make it through lottery
