Hello,I got My L1B Visa stamped in 2008, But i travelled to US only in October only. I applied for My extension in July 2011, but it got rejected it 13th Jan 2012 and returned to my home country on 26th Jan 2012.Again i applied for H1B t my company asks me to travel in Oct 2012. my friend says that if i travel i can stay in US only for 5 Years and if i come after 26th Jan 2012 i can stay for 6 Years.
