I got my H1B petition from my employer xxx, but now due to the tough times in USA, visa stamping and travel is kept on hold from my employer xxx.
Query1: What will be the situation for all the H1b holders going forward based on the current developments after “trump” has taken the office ?
Query2: If i change the company in india at this point of time , Can i transfer my H1b petition even before stamping and travel to USA ? I kindly request some to respond on this ?
I believe all of you have enough knowledge to answer my queries. I just want to take the inputs from you to decide my future.
