I am going to appear second time for my f1 visa, i was rejected first time as i could not answer to the question "why are you going in summer intake? why onluy summer intake? why particularly 9 may? " So how shoukdi answer this time? why this fall 1016 intake?

I believe, the VO is looking for some logical answers, it could be as simple as courses offered that you plan to take, or other opportunities, etc. The VO would like to see, if you are really aware of what you are studying and if you are planned. Speak to your admissions counsellor at the school and get their suggestions.
