Actually my H1 petition case status in USCIS website was "Decision" after they approved petition in April month.But USCIS has missed some of the documents on dispatch to employer in the month of June. So employer has issued an enquiry and got all documents from USCIS in August month. In august month, during redispatch on missing documents, the case status has been updated back to "Acceptance".
I thought it should be [b]"Decision" [/b]by now as I have received all documents from my employer.
Please let me know if there is any changes to be done in case status (USCIS website) before appearing VISA process in chennai consulate.
