what should be H4 US point of contact information for form DS 160

Hi,

I was filling up the ds 160 form to apply for a h4 visa for my wife. I am stuck at questions related to US point of contact section

field : contact person in the US.

If I enter my employer/US petitioner then what should be entered in the “relationship to you” field ?

If I enter my name here and provide the organisation name as that of my employer and relationship field set to spouse - is that fine ?

Senior members please advice.

Point of contact for H4 should be listed as the primary H1B.
