Hi My H1B case was appeal on January 9th 2015 and now its almost 4 months there is no status change for my appeal case. I don’t know why USCIS will take such a huge time. still its in Case Was Received state and from 4 months.Anybody have same experience please share and if any one have idea about this can give some information. thank you all
Its denied finally after 1 and half year.
