My wife works in one of IT-services company in India. She got through the h1-b lottery in 2015 and got a petition valid for 1 year which expired in September 2016. What are her options to move to US now ?
Can she change her employer as well without loosing her h1b ?
Note: Her visa is not yet stamped.
