what is the total work flow of H1-B 2015 application?

Hi,

My H1-B application is under status “Initial Review”

Does that mean , my application got picked in the lottery?

Can some one let me know the overall workflow of the application status.

How did u get to know it’s in initial review?

Did u get case number? (if u got it, it means u got thru lottery)

oh is it, I got the case number and I checked with it in uscis.gov and it shows that its in “initial review” status.

Could you please let me know , what is the probability of me getting a visa.
Also what are the cautions or things i need to check.
