Currently, i am on L1B visa and it expires mid of June 2013. I have to go out of US in the first week of may 2013 and will return in may last week. If i go out of US, during the last weeks of my valid visa, can i come back to US with out any issues.?
Yes, one can travel on a visa stamp as long as it has not expired. I don’t know of any minimum validity period required on the visa stamp.
