What is the right answer for why i am going to USA?

I had applied for B2 Visa last month but my VISA got refused.Now i am applying for L2 (Blanket) VISA on 10 May 2018.

Can you please help me for interview question for getting VISA.

We got married in Dec-2016.My husband has gone to USA recently in month of March-18 and is going to return back in month of august-18.So my only purpose of going to USA is to meet him and roam USA and we both are coming back in month of August -18 so i had applied for Tourist VISA but got refusal.

Request you to help me appropriate answer to be given in interview.

  1. Why am i going to USA ?

  2. Why i have applied for L2?

  3. What you will do whole day at home if your husband will be in office ?

  1. Why am i going to USA ? My husband’s contract is about to end and this is one opportunity for me to visit the US before he returns. 2. Why i have applied for L2? As I am an L1 dependent, L2 is the correct category for me. Although my purpose is tourism, I have been told that L2 is the correct category.3. What you will do whole day at home if your husband will be in office ? Please tell the consular officer that it is not any of their business to invade your privacy. This question will not be asked.
