I applied for H1B last year in masters CAP and it got denied in december on the basis of specialized occupation (i dont know why that was the reason since i did Masters in electrical engineering). . I did my bachelors in Bio medical engineering. Could my bachelors degree be a problem?? I raised an MTR on Jan 11 and its been accepted. I got an status update on Feb 11 and it moved to initial review but nothing after that. So I want to know what can i do next. Can you tell me what are the chances for the motion to get approved??
