Well, there is NO time frame as such stipulated by USCIS, unless you filed it under premium processing. Ideally you should have received the receipt number by now…but, it depends…Unless your employer receives a reject notice and package returned, you cannot really say. So, keep checking with your employer…It can be very frustrating, but thats the reality !
