h4EADs applied in the month of March were approved in 3 weeks, any idea how much time is taking post that? please if anyone of you have applied in the recent months (may/June) and got approved?
Also can H4 person travel when the application is in process?
You can look-up processing time for I-765 online on USCIS site for your processing center. I assume it is delayed these days and USCIS allows to request SR for expedition once 75 days have elapsed.
If the person leaves US, then it would impact the EAD processing as they look at I-94 record which would be marked as closed on leaving US.
