I got my H4-EAD approved last month and started to work for a company. Yesterday I also got my H1B approved, which was applied by a different employer. Now we are confused that can I continue my work where i am working or my h4 EAD is not valid, I need to work for only h1b employer Could someone please answer the questions?
Did you submit a status change I-539 request? Was that approved or did you get a letter that states anything with reference to that form? An approved petition by itself does not signify status change. Many folks hold an approved petition but don’t work for many reasons.
