Hi,
I am working with a company in US on L1 since last 3 years and applied for H1B through another consultant in last year and got it approved on 10th Jan 2012 (With I94).
I travelled to India on 12th Jan and returned back on 2nd Feb.
I didnt do stamping in India and wanted to enter on L1 in US which is valid till Oct 2013.
While port of entry in US immigration office gave me I94 based upon my L1 visa.
My question is about my current status.
My current status is L1 right? eventhough I have received I94 with my H1b earlier.
(Please let me know if any more details needed)
